Samasta Finance Openings Job Description:
▪ Ensure team is taking preventive and curative measures in the region to
maintain high quality portfolio
▪Ensures rules and norms of the company related to HR, Admin, training is adhered strictly in pursuit of the risk management and defined process
▪Assisting the SH/ZH/BH in formulating the strategies regarding portfolio
and risk management in the region
▪Visits field to observe field activities to ensure these processes are followed
by compliance of the operational policy and procedure in the region.
▪Review Branch MIS data to ensure accuracy.
▪Closing the audit actions in the Divisional level
▪Provide guidance and training to the existing staff (CRO, BM and AM)
▪Provide feedback to the staff to improve performance
▪Resolve internal conflicts at Branch level.
